Building Evaluation Capacity
This peer group is open to United Way grantee partners’ program staff and data management staff. It will kick off in March 2022 and explore how nonprofits can build their evaluation capacity by integrating data collection into program delivery.
Building a Culture of Race, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (RDEI)
This peer group is open to United Way grantee partners’ directors, executive directors, and human resources staff. It will kick off in April 2022 and dive deep into participants’ ability to create sustainable culture change in your organization and lead RDEI transformation.
Lifting Up Your Leaders of Color
This peer group is open to United Way grantee partners’ directors, executive directors, and board members. It will kick off in November 2022 and support BIPOC leaders to execute their personal vision and aspirations in service to advancing the mission of their organizations
Board and Leadership Development
This peer group is open to United Way grantee partners’ executive directors, C-suite staff, and board members. It will kick off in fall 2023 with exact dates being announced in winter 2022. It will dive deep into developing board capacity by way of leadership development.
Grantee Partner Reporting
The Grantee Partners selected to receive grants from United Way’s Community Hub for Basic Needs have reporting requirements. On June 28, 2022, United Way hosted a technical assistance session to ensure the partners had the resources to successfully complete their 6-month reports. Please review the resources below.
