About the Grantee Partner Peer Group Sessions

The peer group sessions are open to the 16 grantee partners selected that received grants from United Way’s Community Hub for Basic Needs. Grantee partners were given a stipend as part of their award to participate in at least 3 of 4 peer groups offered during the 2022-2023 funding cycle. United Way of Greater Cleveland created four topic-specific peer groups based on information and feedback received from organizations invited to submit a full proposal during the Request for Ideas grantmaking process. Based on feedback received, a learning schedule was created that will be co-facilitated by United Way of Greater Cleveland and professional consultants whose expertise lends itself to the selected topics. Peer group topics will continue to evolve as the classes progress. We are excited to take a deep dive into these topics and work with your staff and understand how to best support your organization through a peer-based learning model.
